UI Design
The hotel booking flow was meticulously crafted to offer SBE customers a seamless and streamlined experience when making reservations for hotels, restaurants, and bars. With a focus on ensuring consistency and ease of use, we embarked on refreshing the websites of each sbe property, implementing a standardized layout across all platforms while preserving their unique and distinctive branding elements.

THE CHALLENGE
SBE, with its diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and bars spanning across the globe, faced the challenge of managing multiple branding identities and disparate booking systems. In order to provide a unified booking experience across all properties while maintaining individual brand integrity, they sought to develop a cohesive booking flow and establish a consistent layout for their numerous websites.
SELECT A ROOM
Upon entering the desired dates and number of guests on the hotel site, users are seamlessly redirected to the booking flow. To maintain a sense of continuity and connection with the preceding website, the booking process incorporates the logo, fonts, and brand colors specific to that particular site.
ENHANCEMENTS
Once users have selected their preferred room, they are presented with the option to enhance their stay by adding packages. The placement of buttons in easily noticeable locations ensures convenient access for users to opt in or out of any additional offerings, fostering a user-friendly experience throughout the booking journey.
PAYMENT + CONFIRMATION
Upon selecting enhancements or making the decision to opt out, the user is directed to the payment screen where they can input their relevant information. A progress bar positioned at the top of the page serves as a visual indicator, informing users that this is the final step prior to confirmation, and also allowing them the opportunity to review and modify reservation details if necessary.
Following a comprehensive order summary view, the reservation is confirmed, and a unique reference number is provided on the subsequent page, offering users an essential point of reference for their booking.
